Paula Drayton
Paula Drayton

Paula is the founder and Director of Resource Advisory. With a passion for sustainability, coaching and transformative learning, Paula has extensive experience working with commercial organisations at every level.

An analytical and strategic thinker with problem solving and results focus, she possesses strong negotiation skills, the ability to apply systems thinking to complex problems and experience facilitating diverse audiences, from senior leadership to workgroups at the coal face. Paula is a proven team player, leader and culture change driver.

Prior to Resource Advisory, Paula held senior management positions within the waste management industry, specialising in environmental marketing, and with Professional Services Firms Ernst & Young and Andersen, Colliers International and Tourism Australia.

Paula has a Bachelor of Tourism Management (UTS) and a Masters of Education in Adult Education (UTS). She is a certified Master Coach and accredited facilitator.

Paula's passions are writing, painting and delighting her customers. She resides in an amazing sustainable house in the Lamington National Park in Queensland and has a strong client base in Sydney and Melbourne.

Hannah Jallard
Hannah Jallard

Hannah is a Consultant with Resource Advisory with expertise in environmental communications, education and training. With a Bachelor of Environmental Science (1st Class Honours) (Wollongong University) and a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Education (Macquarie University), Hannah assists in the development of communication, marketing, education and training materials.

Hannah has significant experience as an environmental communicator having held a management level environmental education role within the waste management industry for four years. Hannah has also previously held a corporate training role for a major retail group. She has great communication skills, the ability to develop a high standard of written and visual communication materials and is experienced in liaising with a diversity of audience groups; stakeholders, clients, suppliers and the broader community.

Hannah lives on the south coast of NSW with her husband Chris and sons Ethan and Micah.

Matt Smith

Matt is our lead designer and website developer, working with his team in Melbourne to make magic!

Matt has a degree in Graphic Design, is a talented marketing and communications specialist and all round nice guy. He has run a successful studio since 2000, with 2 years working in Canada and the UK. Matt has worked with Resource Advisory on Kimbriki, Cromford, Sustainability Coach, Wollongong City Council and more.

Omid is our favourite photographer, working with his team in Sydney to capture the essence of people and places.

Omid has an incredible eye and an easy going manner that puts people at ease. He has a flare for portraits and industrial photography - a rare combination. Omid and his team have worked with us for almost 2 years, capturing the best shots for websites, marketing collateral, events, displays, catalogues and more. His imagery is featured in the photo libraries of Cromford, Kimbriki and Wright Corporate Strategy.

Roger West - Westwood Spice

Roger is a key supporter of Resource Advisory, Paula's coach and a passionate advocate on issues that matter.

Roger's business, Westwood Spice, is a specialist consulting organisation working with NGO's and Government departments to make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged Australians. Roger hosts Crucial Conversations and Influencer programs in Sydney, with the intention of building the skills and capacity of organisations that strive to make a difference. We love working with him.
