We work with you, you team and organisation to help you discover what sustainability is and how you can achieve it at every level. These days, most of our work is focused on helping others achieve sustainable outcomes personally and collectively....and we love it!
Business Challenge
The Benevolent Society selected Resource Advisory to guide the marketing and communication of a new early years learning initiative in Queensland. The project involved the development and operation of three new kindergarten and childcare services in Beaudesert, Acacia Ridge and Cairns.
Resource Advisory was required to develop a Marketing Strategy and Marketing Plans for the three discreet development locations and to explore the most effective method of achieving commercial outcomes through service utilisation. Resource Advisory was later contracted to execute the recommendations in consultation with the three service location teams and managers.

Marketing Plans
We develop Marketing Plans for each Kindergarten and Childcare service based on local community needs, budget, strategic intent and enrolment status.
Brochure Development
We authored, guided design and developed brochures to meet target audience needs.
Partner Handbook
We authored a Partner Handbook to support service referrals for each of the community-based partner organisations The Benevolent Society worked with.
Posters
We developed a series of posters to support community awareness of service openings and offerings.
Tactical Guidance
We supplied The Benevolent Society with a list of tactical initiatives that were most likely to enhance enrolments and therefore the profitability of new services.
